How long does shipping take?
Orders ship free from our US warehouse and arrive in 3 to 5 business days via UPS.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
The kit
Is it hard to build?
It is a wooden model kit you assemble yourself. The pieces fit together to form the underwater scene.
How do the lights work?
The kit includes lights that give the finished scene its warm underwater glow.
What ages is it for?
This is an adult puzzle kit and it contains small pieces, so it is not for young children.
Problems and returns
What if a piece is missing or arrives damaged?
Tell us and we will make it right with a replacement part or a refund. Every kit is backed by our missing-piece promise.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unbuilt kits can be returned within 30 days. If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, we will resend the part or refund you. See Shipping & Returns for details.
