Shipping
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship from our US warehouse (New Jersey) via UPS and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 days.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
Unbuilt kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send instructions.
Damaged or missing pieces
Every kit is backed by our missing-piece promise. If your kit arrives damaged, or a piece is missing, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resend the part or refund you, whichever you prefer.
